Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time (Bangladesh)

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Refusing COD orders repeatedly may result in restrictions on future purchases.
