1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be included.

  • Items must not have any stains, odors, or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale promotions.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.


3. Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the product was defective or incorrect, MERO will cover the return shipping cost.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and your order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
